So i want to start making a complete nutrient regime and would like to start using Great White or Roots Organics ORGENISMXL for Mycorrhizae, Bacteria, and Trichoderma among others,,,

i currently have a 6 stage 0ppm R.O. system that gets everything out in the way of chloramine and hard water minerals,,

I grow in Botanicare COCO

i currently use ,,,,

GH Flora series
CalMag+ (thinking bout switching to CaMg+ from GenOrganics, any suggestions?)
Liquid Karma
Hygrozyme
Root Excelurator
Superthrive
Powder KoolBloom
Dyna-gro Pro-tek
BS Molasses

Would the beneficials even help at at all or will they just get killed off by the chem nutes i use???

Thanks in advance!!!

only chem nutes that r gonna kill everything are things like zone from dutch master and other products designed to create a sterile reservoir; h202, chlorine, etc..

fwiw my roots in coco are raging after a top dressing of great white after repotting

i just read that theres a chemical in calmag+
called EDTA I think.

heres what was said,
no idea how true it is but I want to keep the good bene's in my soil alive.
anyone have anymore info on EDTA??

"/I don't have a "legitimate link", but I have a very good idea were the Anti-cal-mag+ hype is coming from. If you've ever read Skunk Magazine there's a all organic guy named -The Rev-, who has gained a very large following recently. This guy hates the Cal Mag + (among other synthetic products) because it contains EDTA, (which is a pretty nasty chemical) a chelating agent that kills most organic life in your soil. ""

They use the chelate for Fe in particular... which can become unavailable for a number of very common conditions.

Used bene's for a long while along w chelated iron products... damned if I could see any detrimental harms...

What type o medium are you using? WhAt system ? I ask cuz hygrozyme is incompatible with organics if you are running a system like DWC or ebb. It's fine for soil or drain to waste systems. Basically if it's recirculating don't use the hygrozyme. Refrence the brown slime sticky in the infirmary.
