supreme court already settled this issue by siding with the appeals court that said federal law does NOT supercede state law and demanded all cities in california to issue medical cards and made it unlawful to go against 215 and sb420

I was out to the grow that is deemed to be a public health and safety hazard the other day. It is a ways from town, surrounded mostly by other farm land. Here it is..I returned home safe and had no health issues from visiting it. DD

OK...so these supervisors think that you can supply enough crop to a collective as a grower if you stay "within personal limits"?? What is that...SIX freaking plants? Who the hell is going to supply a collective when they can only grow six plants?
You know what...if they are going to arrest her for acting WITHIN the law; they should arrest me...arrest tens of thousands of other patients as well.
GO AHEAD all you conservative money-hungry power addicts...try to take away our legal right to have ALTERNATIVE medicine...see how pissed off that will make us. You dont see Chinese herbal shops getting moratoriums and raids!! And guess what...the average Chinese herbal shops DO carry cough syrups with Morphine and Codeine...OVER THE COUNTER. Who is really breaking the law?
If the FEDERAL attorney general already decided that he will NOT prosecute patients who obtain/grow cannabis within states that have legalized its use...WHY do our state officials continue to threaten us?

wow - i have dealt with small towns over zoning issues and it is a nightmare
this issue will get tied up forever - sounds like a dangerous place to be if you are growing for more than personal use

They may not be prosecuting the patients, but that's not stopping them from raiding patients with large grows and even some small.
This mixed message is why some counties are still uptight over cannabis.
Even if it is legalized come Nov. in Cali., the Feds still won't recognize States rights to decide for themselves.
Oakland will learn firsthand if they actually do build those mega grow warehouses!

Kinesis this is still in the works but the election is over and the suprivisors that showed the least compassion for the patients there are no longer in office. It seams patients votes count! The patients are complying with the law and if confiscation of thier meds happens then the lawsuits will be flying. DD

hey well look what they did to us in hawaii we all voted for prop1 which was make weed legal for every one 21 and older we were aloud 25 plants and so many Oz,but we all voted and it got passed as soon as every one started to grow they came out like fucking bees and busted every one. The cops told every one that it is not a state passed law and since the state and FED's didn't pass it your fucked pretty much blew every ones mind over here.
