Do I have mold?

I have been dealing with this problem since April or May and have no clue what to do anymore. It keeps transferring from other plants to clones and it just makes the incoming new growth look very bad and small. Picture #3 really shows whats I'm talking about when I say the new growth is coming in extremely small. It seems like its covered in some type of reddish/brown fuzz. I've sprayed neem oil but it doesn't seem to do anything at all. Its really beginning to ruin my whole entire grow and I feel I really need some help. I've recently sprayed the walls down with a mild bleach and water mix and now im thinking about buying brand new fans and ducting. I just really want to get whatever this is in check and just start moving forward again. This started happening when I went on vacation and my roommate let my RH get up to 75%. Im assuming that the RH started the infestation. I walked into the room and just felt how thick it was, so i whipped out the dehumidifier but with it running on high 24/7 ive never been able to get the % to drop below 49 and it pretty much just stays between 55-60%. I mean should I try to buy a new dehumidifier? Change the ducting? Get a product for the plants? I've enclosed the following pictures and really hope someone here can help me get my grow back in order. Thanks guys for taking the time to check out my problem and for any help that anyone can give me.

Okay, a T5 wouldn't have caused that from 3-5 inches away. Would actually have to touch the bulb for a long period of time.

To me it just looks like some sort of powder and the powder is where the growth starts getting wierd so I just dont know what to do. I never have had mold tho. My most common problem is high temps and sometimes nute lockout.

no, no bugs at all. Wow I was hoping that this problem was more common and someone knew what it was. Im feeling like my whole grow is ruined now

i see no mould.
i see speckles on the leaves, which might mean there are spider mites on the underside of the leaves.
overall the plant doesnt look as healthy as it should be and im thinking its got a deficiency of either P or K or something else starting.
what are you feeding them and whats the npk ratio of the food you are using?

im using the botanicare line of nutes. Cal-Mag at 10ml, Grow at 15ml, Liquid Karma at 10ml, and Sweet at 10ml. I pretty use the same nutes the whole grow but just change the Grow up 30-35ml when the plants are full grown. I pretty much just follow the recommended doses on the back.

Grab a microscope (the ones we use to check our trichs) and I'll betcha you'll see broad mites. Do a thorough check of multiple leaf samples before tossing out the possibility of bugs. Broad mites are too small for the naked eye to catch.

The fact that it's hopping onto other plants means either pest, disease, or both.

floramite sc will kill a whole range of different types of mites. i see specks of stuff that seem white in the pics, the discoloration on the edge of the leaves doesn't seem like a mold, it seems like a nutrient problem (too much or too little of something, i'm not even going to try to say).

i don't think you need to get new ducts and fans.

those white little specks were left over after I sprayed neem oil on the plants. I just made up a mixture in my 1 gallon sprayer and threw them in the tub to spray them. When I came back and the leaves were all dry they had those little white specks on them. My microscope literally just broke yesterday. The white LED finally went out. Im taking off from my house within 30 mins to go head to a radio shack to grab a new one. I honestly hope it is bugs, that way I have an answer. I've waited too long to bring this up to the great people here on these forums. For eveyone that is saying lockout, should I flush then? Ill post with more pictures when I get back. Thanks guys

I don't think this is mold. A flush probably wouldn't hurt. You could give them some clearex to help them drop any nutrients and then see.

Alright I think I've figured it out guys. I was actually going to come onto these forums with new pictures to try and re-convince you guys that it is mold. I took a look at some clones I cut about 3-4 days ago and one of them for sure didnt make it but had ALOT of little red dust/powder all over the stem. I started taking pictures and I was going to post them when I remember someone said something about tiny tiny little bugs that could be the problem. I pulled out my new microscope and sure enough, bugs. These little bugs look like tiny pieces of rice. Very white and chubby, but in a longer way. When they move I can see 2-4 arms/legs pulling it forward. Does anyone know what kinda bugs these are and how to get rid of them. Im just hoping that the infestation isnt that bad, and Im able to pull my plants back to good health. Does anyone know how I could have gotten these bugs in the first place? Thank you all so much so far. I really was just feeling stumped as Ive never had this problem before and everyone here as always was just so helpful. Thank you guys for your time and your help.

I have no clue really what to give it so I just went out on a whim & went to the store and grabbed some gold penetrator and some Azamax. I was looking for Avid, but they didnt have any so Im hoping the Azamax can step up to the plate. I made sure the pH was under 7 so the gold penetrator did its job and then just made a foliar solution and sprayed all the plants down. Does anyone know how often Ishould spray the plants down? Should I make an application every week? Every two weeks? I just want to make sure the plants are alright. I noticed that when they were all in the bathtub, they were honestly looking very healthy, but for the fact that I have these obvious pests. I just would love to get past this
