Organic soil mix design! Help!

Check the filter of the a/c (slip panel in front), be careful not to knock the temp probe out of place. Some filters will rattle in the slip panel when they get plugged. When not in use UN PLUG THE A/C, remove front panel, and slide the cage off the a/c. Blow a/c out with air compressor (fins electronics everything) and clean the filter. Be sure all internals are tight (don't crank 'em down too tight). Then put that heavy beast back together. Also place weather stripping above and below the a/c and make sure the glass is tight in the window frame (window putty or caulk might be needed). Secure the side valances that slide out to the window frame. Sometimes the plastic front panel gets cracked moving the a/c around, this is one of the few times i suggest duct tape. This might seem like a lot of work, but it's really not that bad.

Besides it's summer... All you hear walking up the road is a constant hum from all the a/c's. I don't think they are such a security risk. Hell my new one does heat and a/c this one will be in all year long and removed two times a year for cleaning and inspection.

Ahhh yea. heres the thing. i know nothing in my machine is rattling its just the sheer volume of air moving out of my exhaust! it sounds so loud... the problem here is that its not quite hot enough that ppl are running their ac's.. but my room is getting pretty warm haha.. imp robably just being paranoid. but i rather be paranoid then not...

Tossing in my clones / babies / moms all in to this new mix i have as soon as my new lights come and gonna flower em all out. Plannign on running 6 3 gallon pots. maybe 6 2 gallons and like 10-20 1 gallons. depdngin how much i can fit. I have a homebox S and a DR150W. 3 205W penetrators for this next try.

So my total yield for my first grow was 130g from a 205W penetrator.Heres a couple pics of my harvest and the new plants going in

Damn!!! I severly miscalculated the amount of soil i would need. I was only able to transplant about 1/2 or 1/3 of my plants into my new mix. About 3 3 gallons, and 12 1 gallons. I had to run out to buy more stuff today to make more mix. but the hydro stores were closed on sundays and its the onyl day i have to get out. SO i went to the nursery and i picked up some peat moss / ewc / lime. I should be ok to mix another 30 gallons or so. Anyways, my question if anyone can help me out is that Do you guys think i have too much N in my mix in the above couple posts ? For this next mix im makign im thinking of cutting one of the sources out ( most likely blood or bone meal ) But im not sure which one. Any suggestions. ?

Alright well heres a update of how the girls are all doing in the new soil mix. And they ARE LOVING IT!. I had a few issues at first about a week afer i put em in.i got some like brown spots all over some bottom leaves but thats cleared up and they are chugging along. This is about day 8 of 12 / 12 in the dr150w. And random day 65 + in lc original mix #1 to new guys about a 5 days into 12/12 in the homebox S

I got like no stretch on any of my plants this time. Day 13 of flowering and they are pretty much done stretching.

I dont know what to think, you all have a lot of ingredients in your soil! now Im wondering if I do enough, I use 1/2 bale promix BX, 15 qts sphagnum peat,1 qt mexican guano, 30 lbs worm castings! is this enough? after reading all this on the thread Im in doubt, I have good results but could they be better? let me know..

hahahaha nonono dont go by me.. im a noob. i used lcs#1 for my first mix.. but most of my stuff is extra stuff thats not really needed. I tihnk its not realyl even usefull unless you recycle it. ( most of my minerals like greensand, glacial dust,etc.. ).. I grew pretty decent plants i have to say my first run.. I just wanted to get soem extra stuff to kick it up a notch... I'll see in a few months as im running my second run with my new mix. I'm battling fungus gnats now tho.. fuckers.... I got mosquito dunks but they takea while to really bring em down i heard..
