Sorry to hear about your legal troubles man, I really am. My heart goes out to just about anyone suffering under the current prohibition. I have no problem with people making the best of a bad situation and growing for profit. It just seems like a lot of growers get accustomed to the lifestyle to the point where they want to maintain the status quo so they don't get put out of business and have to work a 9 - 5 job. In my opinion these types of growers aren't much better than the government itself.
I never said he wanted my sympathy, but by posting this here he is obviously looking for the sympathy of the marijuana growing community, which he does not deserve. Also, if you don't like "rotting in prison," what about all the kids who have lost student loans because they were busted for marijuana? I could go on but I don't want this to turn into page after page of me bashing the guy, I've said my piece. I honestly hope he gets off with little more than a slap on the wrist, and I hope this will help open his eyes a bit to the unjust nature of prohibition, although I doubt it will as he has been busted before.

It's often how you say things and not necessarily the content that counts.

I am hoping everything works out all right for you. Keep your nose clean until this blows over, and do EVERYTHING your lawyer tells you. If you get a probation/parole officer, do EVERYTHING they tell you, even if you think it is complete bullshit.
Don't smoke dope or do any drugs until this is over. Don't even drink alcohol.

If he has good things it's because he worked his ass off to get them.
You also forget to consider the cost of operating decent size grows. Constant 1000 + dollar trips to the hydro store,rent,electric,security,etc. Each crop may cost thousands and growers are being undercut by greedy buyers constantly. If you ever worked hard at something you would probably understand and take back every word you said.
You seem more like the negative stereotype of pot users who won't work and is lazy,has nothing,earns nothing,and is jealous of the success and accomplishments of others who busted ass for what they have.

look man, you are talking crap, how the hell do you know KB's reasons for not liking 19? the answer is you don't know, or you are doing the whole straw man thing. if you had read his reasons you'd see that, he wants the law changed like all of us do, he just happens not to like everything in prop 19. he happens to think he should be able to keep growing and selling but legally, after any vote to legalize cannabis. he happens to believe in a free market where customers can choose where they buy their product. not where government regulates where you buy it, who can grow it and adds senseless tariffs and fees.
but more importantly this thread is not about prop 19, its about a fellow members misfortune.

by the way it's perfectly natural for a man to vote for what he thinks is in his best interest. although this situation is slightly different because a no will cause continued suffering for a large part of the population in Cali. but still when has it ever been other then that man votes for what's personally good for him. i mean the American public lets their leaders go to war and kill millions over the years for oil and strategic interests and they do nothing, so it's not surprising that they haven't cared enough to stop the locking up and repressing of their own population for non violent victimless activities. but again i think this is the wrong place for this discussion. lets keep this to the many prop 19 threads.

Another variation of Vacuum sealing is to have a container which can be pumped down to a small %. say 5psi, and sealed. Won't do for any "I smell" search based on Officers word, but at least the effort is there.

And there it is....that's why I say there are only certain people here that can pull off what Senior Krunch does. Small potato growers have no freakin' clue how much money, time and sacrifice big commercial grows take.
