Problem with my kids during Flowering

Hey everyone,

HELP! PLEASE!

Having a problem with my kids. They've been doing well, but in the last week, things have been going downhill.

Symptoms:

The problem started as yellowing, which I thought was a nitrogen deficiency. I added 1ml of bat guano/gallon for this.

The leaves continued turning yellow and eventually brown, starting from the tips of the leaves moving towards the back. This is starting at the lower, older growth first and moving to the newer growth. The dark browning is isolated to just the tips.

Middle to lower leaves, some of them have turned brown, crispy and dead. I pulled these off, and aren't shown in the photos.

I'm growing 2 different strains and they're both showing the similar problems.

After my research, I've decided the best course of action is to do a complete flush, water with plain PH 6.25 water for the next watering, and go to 1/4 nutes...but thought I would get some advice first! Thanks a lot in advance!

:thank you:

SOIL:

PRO-MIX HP (6 parts)
Worm Castings (2 parts)
Perlite (2 parts)
A sprinkle of glacial rock dust

Using a cheapo, digital Soil PH meter, I have maintained a PH of 6.5

How long has this problem been going on?

Started slowly in the last two weeks, progressively getting worse

What STRAIN are you growing?

Mandala Satori
Solar Warrior Early Wonder Skunk (auto flower)

What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?)

Both from Seeds

What is the age of your plants?

Early Wonder Skunk (auto) planted May 1st
Satori: Planted June 1, 12/12 on July 4th

How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now?

In Promix for roughly a month and a half.

Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before?

Seedling and Veg stages was done in Original Sea Soil Organic Potting Mix

How Tall are the plants?

Both are about 1 foot each starting from the lip of the pot.

What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in?

Both are flowering

What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)

Both were topped once, and LST to form a sort of bush

What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot)

Progressively larger pots, now living in 4 gallon pots.

What brand Nutrient's are you using?

No nutes during veg, while they were in the soil/worm casting

Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Bloom Soil Formula 1-4-5
Started at 25% and eventually worked to 100% at 20ml per gallon
Earth Juice PH UP to adjust my soft water 5.5 up to 6.25
A tiny bit of Bat Guano for nitrogen (1 ml)
2ml blackstrap mollassas

How often are you feeding?

Feeding the above mixture roughly once a week. I flood the plant and let it dry out.

Lighting:

12/12 (8am - 8pm) Sunlight for the Satori
Autoflower is left outside

Cant really know for sure without seeing them, but it sounds like they are just using up the nutriants that they have stored.

hello?

hello?

Anyone?

Maybe I should have shortened my post.

I decided to flush with water (3 times the pot size) and will be going on 1/2 strength nutes when it needs to be watered again.

Sounds like overwatering leading to root rot/pythium. Search damping off or pythium. I would recomend a dose of h202. Then reticulate with bennifivial bacteria.

Dude I think they are just using up the fan leaves and dropping them.

That Satori looks awesome, man. I just got a bag of Safari mix for Mandala, I hope I have a good Satori in there that I can keep.
