well, just got out on bail after 15 hours locked up. my good luck may have run out.....

today, while tranporting 2 lb's to a patients house, a cop pulled me over for a third brake light out. oven bagged and double trashbagged, cop still smelled it....immediately cuffed and pulled me to the back of the car and searched......they find the weed of course......

take me to jail after towing my jeep, narcotics officer tried to grill me, the whole time telling them im in complete compliance with state law, im a ceo of a collective, they give the slightest shit......

i give me address which is a ups mail box, unfortuately, they found an old bill from my primary residance in my jeep. while in custody, they grilling me and tell me they found my real address and to give them consent to search, no way jose......

they get a search warrant and do there thing, only have 3 lights flowering that was supposed to be cut down TODAY! but, almost 500clones that were for patients, several oil making tubes, and an old bypass power that i removed and a good amount of cash......

when they get back to the jail to talk more shit, they said the original charges are going for my bail, transportaion with intent and oh ya a switchblade i had on me. $26k for bail, my boy helps me. if i would of waited till monday, easily $150k+ plus for bail......30k cultivation, 100k for oil making and who knows what else.....

my primary house is gone, havent been there yet, chillin at a girls house right now. have another house that they dont know about....yet, the one with mpb bucket system, harvesting that shit tommorow.......

they took my jeep and keys to it, my house keys, and my cell phone and all my medical cards......

now, i tripping because im fucking legal! california approved me! how the fuck can they raid and charge me? im legal , you assholes!!!!!!!!??????

kinda really low on flow now, so i dont think i can afford a lawyer yet, but i need to find one who will fight for the right of me having a legal collective and not get treated like a criminal......

sorry for the long rant, mind is beyond frazzled, tripping.....

hmmm, now i have 24 extra lights.......im sure they didnt take em.....

I think you'll shake the transporting and intent charges. But the 500 clones... I dunno man, unless you represent like 100 patients I dunno if that's going to work out, and even then...

But I am very sorry to hear about this. A lesson to all who might choose to transport 2lbs. If you're going to take the time to pack all that in to all those bags you might as well do a brake light check before leaving home.

I had a problem like that on my Chevy 1500 a while back, got me pulled over, I had a pipe with me and due to a previous DUI they can search me but it was clean so I got off easy.

I wound up having to replace the "board" that the bulbs plugged in to.

I don't post too often but every now and then I come out of seclusion.
So, here's my advice take it for what it's worth.

Talk to actual people in your state that have been busted for cultivation and what amounts/#'s.

There are two worlds.
1. the internet world where everything is peachy. "yo homie you gonna get off dat search wat illegal" .

2. The real world.
cultivation of schedule 1 controlled substance. Over 100 plants 5 year mandatory federal sentence.

Not a cali resident so that's out of my arena. but the current policy is if following all state medical guidelines fed will not pursue. break even one of these state rules and all bets are off you are now not protected by mmj and looking at 500 plants and serious sentence.

In Cali am I right that they do not cover concentrates under medical?
If so now you are wide open to get fucked by fed.

If I remember right joeshmoe was legal cali med but the concentrates fucked him. I'm pretty sure he got 3 years or so.
and his op was nothing big at all.

Federal definition of plant. visable root, stalk and leaves.

Reality = they take pics of all 500 or so clones and count each one as a plant don't care if they are only 1 inch they will count it.

Tried to argue that there was no photograph of visable roots.

didn't work.

argued and argued some more. Try to convince a judge or jury that those 500 individual clones don't have roots = fail.
