You can get Canon 100mm f2.8 macro IS and a couple of macro rings ( for increasing the scale) with it , make sure they transfer the af

Edit:
I forgot there is MP-E 65 mm f/2.8 1-5X Macro for canon, which allows you to get unbelivable scale without any rings,
I use a natural light, but you can get some ringflash or DIY diffusers, google it out.
