I am 5' 11" at 157 pounds, I am in maybe the best shape I have ever been. Eat a decent diet with lots of fruit. Weight train and calisthenics, usually mainly do sport but recently it hasn't been available so much. According to BMI I am healthy, although BMI is a pretty shit measure. I used to be a bit overweight, started exercising a short time after I started smoking weed.
