You are talking nonsense and you dont know what i know and thats why i have no criminal record. I just read all about you somewhere else (cant say) but you are silly to think you are not being watched and completely oblivious to who is who and who knows what. I suggest you find a new plan and dont tell anybody as 3 people can keep a secret if two of them are dead.

FWIW, I got hit with 9 felonies and got out in about 8 hrs, am white, paid the best lawyer, all charges dropped on constitutional technicalities. White folks do stand a better chance in these things. Its shitty and I'm not trying to say something racist, but its all about who you know and how your pockets are looking...if you got deep pockets you might get some cup peeing time, fines, thats it. They'd rather have your money, they gotta pay 35k/year to house the people that don't have lawyers...
It did cost me 50k.
I'd shut down til this blew over and get new spots tho, I switched states the day I got out of court.

Maybe I am being watched and maybe you know a lot, not sure but I've been raided before in the past. Like I said I'm still here and I'm very small time compared to the real growers. If I am being watched, I'm sure they wouldn't want to get me now cause they would want to wait for my 45 KW OP that'll I be putting together first. I feel that you have a lot of hate inside you for some reason but not sure why. I suspect that you got in trouble from your wife for all the times in a day that you get off to Snypette's pictures. I see how she checks up on you in her Snypette's profile to see if you are still visiting and then she catches you. Don't be mad Luda, it takes too much energy when you can spend it more constructively.

ludacris, you are dead wrong. get your facts right. in america, if you get busted w a lousy pound, even if the car is unregistered, no one is searching your house. period. there is a thing called probable cause. having 6 grand worth of tree is no reason to assume that person grew it. there would need to be other indicators. like a big bag of leaf, soakin wet herb, etc. and even then, i think you would have to be pulling out of the driveway w/ leaf clippings all over your shirt.
the state that snype-dawg is in is very progressive. many states have decriminalized it, realizing that the war on marijuana is a losing battle. the federal govt is just waiting for cali to fully legalize it and then they will follow suit and tax the fuck out of it.
as both snype and snypette have said, there is nothing to connect them to their spots.
and for the record, driving w/out the proper documents is super risky, but its a personal risk. it only took about 15 pages of snype-bashing for me to chime in. we do what we have to sometimes. unless they are advocating pushing weight around in this manner, leave them alone. at times i think snype sounds a little flippant about the way he conducts his affairs, really i think he's just honest and fully understands the consequences of his actions; he is at peace w his decision.
by the sounds of it, hes not out flossing at the clubs, drivin around in a benz. they were in a hooptie.
keep doing what yer doin snype, and all the haters in the stocks thread can go put their loot under a mattress or in the bank at .7% interest.

Have you been in contact with the car's registration holder since your arrest? Has he/she been charged with anything in connection with your charges? I imagine the police would charge the registered owner with a misdemeanor for allowing a person to drive a motor vehicle on a suspended license if not charges related to the cannabis.

you imagine wrong chill. unless the person whos name appears on the registration goes to the fuzz and says "i knowingly let snype use my automobile to traffic large amounts of marijauna," the only time the person will absolutely have to talk to the cops is when they go pick the car up at the impound.
Yes I have been in touch with the registered owner of the car. In my state the crime falls on the person driving the car, that's why they let Snypette go. The owner was informed that his car was used in a crime and it would be seized. They contacted him to make sure that I didn't steal the car. His house was not searched. He stuck to the plan and told the cops that he had no idea that my license was suspended. He was paid for his services.
Yeah that SD is going to be hard but I hope that you get it. If you don't get the SD you can still get something else, like the SDK that you can find some good SD pheno's in. I got a nice SD pheno in my 4SD so my SD IBL is still in the fridge. I'm trying to get:
