LED in bulb form?

So at work we have about 2 dozen boxes of these LED lights that are in the shape of a halogen flood light. At the end of the bulb itself are 4, 1" LED lights.

Would this be adequate for vegging? If so I might just help myself to the stock !

If they are white then they have a whole range of wavelengths with a few peaks. The question is are they warm white, neutral white or cool white. Either way they would do fine for vegging.
