Idea's 4 outfitting a basement standard bedroom into a grow space for $1000 or less?

Basically have a room next to mine that was used as a studio for the longest that's now empty.... SO me being me I decided on moving on from my small limited 2x4 tent in the garage... being at the tip of harvesting my current crop.. and being in the hottest of summers.... Y NOT start a crop in the cool indoors?... now what to use what to use?

2 heavy lights is my max + a T5... already have a 600 watt lumatek elec. dimable HPS to use.... So I need ideas for a second one to buy? Already have a 6bulb 4ft T5 system I can put to use aswell...All the wiring is new in the room.

Space is a good 8ft across x 14ft long x 7ft tall I believe... it has 1 window... would like to leave the actual walls untouched... need ideas for using something other than drywall to put up and line with reflective material?

I planned on keeping this grow soil.. but am open to venture into a simple hydro system? to test out if it will let me pull more out of the space... as much as I would LOVE to have like 4-6 lights going it just isn't a reality... *sigh* lol

Any Ideas/plans or comments are greatly appreciated and welcome.. thanks in advance!

OK maybe to make it simpler... if YOU had the same size space... budget..what would be worth investing in?... would you subdivide the room to have different stages going at the same time? or would you seperate each stage/space completely?...

Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow and Bloom Line(1.3 tsp per GAL of part A & B)
Earth Juice Microblast(1 tsp per GAL) - used every 2-3 weeks
Green Fuse Growth Stimulator(3/4 tsp per GAL) - used during veg mostly
Bud Candy by AN (1/2 tbsp per GAL) - used weeks 1-6 of flowering
Super tea mix by The Guano Company(2 tbsp per GAL) - used every other watering

you could build a room inside that room that is slightly smaller so you dont need to tamper with the walls...or you can buy some of that rigid foam insulation and line with your reflective material of choice....the latter option is probly the best depending on costs of the rigid foam.. to attatch to walls use some long staples small holes are easy to repair..

you know durka I thought about those thick ass foam boards.. do you know approx. how much they run? or how they are sold(by the ft. or in sections)?... anyways that would solve my wall problem.. now just need some opinions on what else to get considering what I already own(check 2nd post).

Maybe get a 4x4 tent for vegging and a single mother plant. use your t5 set up in there. then either get a 4x8 for flower or construct your own 4x8 room by lining the walls and ceiling with panda film. Using tents is the easiest. maybe a get one more 600 watt for flower so you will have 2 600's

UUhhhh, this sounds pretty easy to me.
Panda film for the walls(on tiny hooks, hanging from the tops of the walls, or little nails, or tape, etc...)
Could just paint the walls flat white too
couple passive intakes
A spot to exhaust out.(drywall is super easy to patch)
AC in either the window or a wall.

So to buy, AC, panda film OR white paint, and a new light.

Then you would be stuck with one room. I would rather be able to have a mother plant and take clones.
