Cut your lighting down to 150W HPS flower and 100W MH veg. Remote ballast them both and keep the ballasts in the utility room. Get a 110 CFM Whisperfan and build a carbon filter on it a la bulenath if stealth is important (otherwise just use a 4" vortex) and put passive intakes on the back of each chamber. You'll need 5-7 times the area of your extract, so about 60-80 square inches. Put about 45 sq in on the flower side and 25 on the veg side.

It's always worth it to go overboard on ventilation rather than lights. If you really want to vent the shit out of this cab, get the 6" 150 CFM Whisperfan. I have one and it vents 300W HPS and 100W MH really easily.

buying a extra 150w kit would really kill my budget (whats really limited)

would the 250w hps get too hot with the same cab size but only a flowering room ...no utility room no clones/moms

That would work heatwise, although then you're using one lamp to light an area 5 feet wide, which is going to make the plants at the sides get much less light than the ones in the middle. How about making it a bit deeper, even 18" deep rather than 12" would make a big difference. For the same area, your box could be 40" wide instead of 60. A box 20" deep and 36" wide would give you the same area as well, but with a much better canopy shape for a 250W.

Hope that helps!

Okay! Having one single chamber will make it easier to seal any light leaks at the door. That was one of the most annoying things when building my current all-in-one cab.

I'm not sure of the conversion, but for 20 euro that sounds like it's not an inline fan, but rather an axial fan like a computer fan. That won't create enough pressure to push or pull through a carbon filter. Get an inline. Maybe a S&P TD-100 (as it seems you're in Europe and I think those are more common there)

EDIT: I checked the conversion, 100 CFM is about 170m3/hr.

How quiet is that 150 CFM 6" ? Is it the Whisper Ceiling?

Yeah, it's the whisper ceiling. It's less than half as loud as my old 4" inline blower. Most of the noise is air whooshing, the motor is almost silent.

And Temunator- You NEED carbon filtration. If that mean making your own filter, go for it, but neutralizing smells is pretty much the most important thing if you don't feel like going to jail. And to move air through a filter, you'll need a powerful inline or squirrel-cage fan.

If you can't afford the filter for now, at least get the right fan so that when the plants begin to smell a lot in flower you'll only have to get a filter, and not a new fan as well. The cheapest fans you could get would be squirrel-cage blowers, which will work just fine, but it will be loud.
