The States Atty. has still not filed charges. Looking at the county clerks website it says "State to file charges Aug 19th", but according to my atty, the city has yet to send the State the filing packet.

Looking into my city's arrest bookings it shows only a charge of possession. No sales, or cultivation/manufacturing.

So now I feel kinda like Damocles except I can't see the rope holding the sword, and have no idea how frayed it may be.
