Remember this show? When I was a kid we would always tune in. Anyways I found a bunch of great vids on you tube and posted them in the music video section. Check them out if you want a trip down memory lane. This show help jump start a lot of great bands and comics back in the 70's.

i remember seeing fleetwood mac, heart, tom petty, and frampton...I think?? haha

that and don kirshners Rock Concert were literally the only way to get a good look
up close and personal to your fav rock bands just short of going to to see them live!!

I remember waiting on friday/sat nights to see who was going to be on that night

Some really great video's. I liked the Steely Dan and Edgar Winter Group videos the best. Frankenstein blew me away. I wish I had been old enough to have seen these live. Thanks for sharing.

Time Life just put out the Midnight Special catalog. I saw it on TV a few nights ago at about 3 am. I forgot how great that show was!!! That was when the musicians actually fucking PLAYED thier instruments. No karaoke, lip sync, tracking, bullshit.
