I have one plant with teardrop shaped things. Some with hairs growing out, some not. It is 7 weeks into flower so time for something to show. Got another better pic to judge this.

I think your the only one that can judge that, cause if its up to me if it looks even a little bit like a male flower its getting chopped, you gotta have no tolerance

If it looks like a hermie, pull it as soon as you can. It's not really going to stress the plant at all.

On another note, if you're 7 weeks into flower on what appears to be a S/I hybrid (~10wk flower), there is probably something wrong with your growing environment. Unless you are using an extraordinarily low light intensity, I would say that plant look like it is either root bound (I can't see the container so I can't say for sure) or is experiencing some sort of stress (under/over watering, light leaks, heat). There just is not enough production on those sites for it to be around day 49.

Make sure to investigate for light leaks, which will give you beans and also slow down production significantly.

Hard to say much more without more info, but I'd put my money on stress problems.

they are seeds growing inside the calyxs! you must have had a male flower or two somewhere, but i wouldnt worry about it. might be worth having a good look over your plants just in case you can spot any herms - but i guess they are nearly done anyway.

Hey Verdant, guess you got my cry for help. Yea, I looked at all the plants from first flower and could not see any bananas or balls. I guess they were hiding, only takes 1 or 2 eh?

Seems the damage is done. I will let these seeded babes ripen and then destroy them with fire.... The 2 Paki Kush show no sign of this. One of the mazar never looked right, it may have gone hermie. It looks like hell now, yellow spots on leaves, small leaves...

yeah (got the pm ;) ) 1 fertile male flower can make quite a few seeds, but in your case it looks like there are just a couple of seeds forming on that bud. pollen could even have been from elswhere. i try to look over all my plants, especially new ones from seed, regularly to check for signs of herm and male flowers, its a good practice to get into.

cheers

VG beat me. Yea....seeds. Also, just from that pic it looks as if your stem in the bud is stretching. Thats either not enough light or high heat.

I had a Great White Shark that would pop out the odd seed. I would only find them after harvest. Never really affected anything, yeild was still good.

But VG is right on the money, any new seeds or clones(from someone else) should be watched like a hawk all through flowering. Even a strain you haven't had a issue with, after stress should be watched as well.

I'm flowering a couple new strains now from seed and every day I rotate them and inspect for anything that looks unusual. I have more plants in the room and I can't risk losing them.
