3 x 42 watt fluoro or 70 watt HPS + 1 x 42 watt fluoro?

The thread title says it all. The set up is 19"(h) x 10" (l) x 7" (w). So total is about .5 sq/ft. Heat is a factor. This is a super-micro set up obviously and I am wondering what is the best bang for the buck.

With 3 x 42 watt fluoros the total wattage will be 126 watts.

With the 70 watt HPS + 1 x 42 watt fluoro set up we will have 112 watts - so there isnt really that much difference.

I am thinking the second set up because of greater spectrum - but the heat will be greater.

Any suggestions?

I'm thinkin about the same I have 3xT8 (2 bulb units) at a 194 watts was thinkin about getting a 4 bulb T5HO unit at HD or go get the hydrofarm one there like 80 $ differnce ...or maybe switch up a 400 to 600 watt hps ...still decidingg
