how's your temps? and how far away do you keep your lights? why don't you thin out the lower branches? is the aeroponic system under the rockwool?
sorry to say, but that thing's a monster and looks all kinds of stressed.. and if it's already at 9 wks it looks like you're gonna have some seriously floofy bud...

Thanks for that. yeah it's an aeroponic system. Temps are at 26 C. Lights are always at 19" except for now when I'm trying to stop upward growth and the tops are maybe 5" away. I've cleaned out a heap of lower branches, and I can't get in there to do any more. This plant has more branches than any plant I've ever seen. And I've been growing indoors for 15 years now.
I have had a similar head structure that you see on the plant in the pics, to a plant I grew a long time ago. Honestly? That head structure might look "floofy" but it's very deceptive. The plant from days gone by was the best smoke I've ever had and it yielded the most bud weight, and I've been hoping to recapture that quality ever since in a feminized variety without success. Maybe now is the time.
Perhaps I'm just not looking at it properly, but I see no stress. There is no leaf burn from over fertilizing and the thing keeps putting out more and more bud daily. The literature on the genus says it takes up to 65 days to complete flowering, and 9 weeks is only 63 days, so I'm not really concerned. My cupboard has been in use for over six years. Temps humidity ph tds have all been finely tuned over the time, and it never fails to produce the best a plant has to offer imo anyway. Not long now for the plant tho

Well.. good luck with that!! IMO the top of your plant should be looking something like these:

I grew it...smoking it now.
I had two phenos...an Indica and a Sativa. The Indica grew like a regular plant...here is a picture.
These had a very strong sour lemon candy smell that peaked at about 60-70 days. It faded as the plant lived on... It's also got a nice lemon taste. A guy named budsmith did a smoke report on a bud I sent him...it's in the smoke report section. It's OK weed...nothing spectacular...but not bad by any means. But then again, I'm the guy looking for the tripping weed we used to get in the 70's.
The other pheno was tall and lanky...like the one you have. It smelled of coffee early in flower, becoming more of a "shit" smell. I don't like the taste much...and the high is the same...good, not special. It didn't yield worth a damn. The others were average.
I grew mine in "soil"...400W CMH, vert, AN Sensi A/B, molasses.
