What the Hell K2?

Trash, but it sells like crazy around here, the local head shop can barely keep it in stock.

I always hear this and think, I wonder how much these people would be willing to pay for real weed, and super good real weed at that.

Just shows how many people want to get high, and have no connections.

Paranoid is right.
I liked this part from the article

"A potential link between the use of K2 and a recent case of teenage suicide is also under investigation by health professionals and toxicologists.

Reports indicated 18-year-old David Rozga, of Iowa, and some friends experimented with K2 last month. After smoking the substance, Rozga apparently began “freaking out,” declaring he was “going to hell”. Shortly after, Rozga went home and tragically shot himself in the head.

“Anybody that tries it is like playing Russian roulette… You don’t know what you’re getting. It’s just insane. Anybody who uses it is out of their tree,” said Clemson University chemist John Huffman."

Seems to me that there is a real need for society to take a real look at itself. Perhaps this is an area where government and the medical community need to put aside their ideological and profit agendas to begin really helping people.

Why do people want or need to get high? Why does the government get involved with prohibiting this and then punishing its' tax paying citizens with fines and merciless jail sentences?

But, then it does nothing to support the idea of finding out why some people are prone to substance abuse. Maybe there are better ways to deal with the psychological and physical problems, once understood, that lead some to substance abuse.

Do our government officials really care about people? Or, are they more interested in lining their pockets while stomping on those who voted them into office?

Is it our elected officials that are causing people to have constant stress and concerns due to their actions or inactions? Is this situation created by design?

In my opinion, there are some really simple and straight forward solutions to many problems. But, no, we have to have inept committees and fund raising events first to see who will pay the most get their legislation passed.

The solution to many problems is very simple and obvious. Why don't we just do it?

I was at my local headshop yesterday and there were three people in there buying this stuff and other products like it. I was talking to the guy that worked there and he said alot of people like it that have to take drug test all the time. I dont think i would ever but that stuff in my body.

I think the explosive sales of K2 are a good indicator for just how big the market for legal MJ would be.
I think right now were only hitting 10% at best of the market for MJ, the other 90% don't have connections, or won't buy MJ because it's currently illegal, so instead they buy this crap.

He probly went insane and shot himself because he was SO upset with the herbs not getting him high. He just couldnt live anymore knowing he wasted 50bux on this crap.

I've tried the stuff, and a couple other legal herbs.
They are a very harsh smoke and taste like SHIT but they do get you pretty high actually.
Sometimes higher than weed does for me anymore, its a different kind of high though. Big body buzz, makes you stupid though..
I have a bunch of friends on probo so this is what they smoke..
I've only smoked it a handful of times because I feel that it's really bad for my body, and I have no idea whats in it..
Reading the ingredients list is hilarious though!
My friends had an ingredient called marshmallow leaf on his pack :D

These legal herbs all have JWH-018 in them
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JWH-018
Read up on it on wiki if you want :D
