Where do you get your NEWS from?

Hey guys I'm a news FIEND. As an American, I know there are only a couple major news corporations feeding us lies here, so I use various sources. Most of our news is controlled by NewsCorp, and Rupert Murdoch is scum, so I try to stay away from it. I'm most into world events, war, geopolitics, things like that.
Heres my list of sources. I read these every morning before work

Haaretz
Hurriyet
Presstv
Fars
Pravda
Xinghua
Yonhap

I've checked KCNA before, but its pretty poorly done by the DPRK. I'm an American against imperialism, and I don't trust my government. This is why I read so many odd sources, to sort of check facts. Ya know?

That Google Labs thing is pretty nifty. I'm still on the fence about Prison Planet though I still check it on occasion.

If there is a national story that I am interested in, I will circulate through major news organizations like CNN, FOX, ABC, CBS, Time, Newsweek, NY Times, etc., just to see what each as to say.

I get all my news from the guys that stand out in front of the corner store, we call them the town council..... they really have their finger on the pulse.

really I try avoid any news at all cost.... no news is good news!

I'm from England, used Times online - now they want to charge you which is pointless when there are so many free online news sites, I mean if it was greatly superior to other sites then fair enough but it's not. So I use BBC news UK instead.
