Well today was one of the big days (I decided to wait a few days to chop) and I chopped my oldest plant today when it was showing about 25-30% amber. Spent the last five hours trimming and hanging buds and separating trim for some bubble hash.
I'm very surprised with the yield. I was panicking a bit in my head thinking I was going to get a shitty yield. However this plant really seems to have produced a lot of nice bud. I'm going to estimate this plant is going to give me 5-6 ounces of bud and a lot of nice hash from the trim.
The buds are absolutely beautiful. I fucking love growing bag seed because you never know what you're going to get. The buds are light green and the whole plant was absolutely frosted with trichs. Definitely the most frosty plant I've grown. The buds look strikingly like Kali Mist to me. I think this is going to be very good heady weed. I've smoked a few popcorn bowls off the plant and it's been real hypontic mental highs. Very excited to see what it's like with proper drying and curing.
I also want to report that I OD'ed this plant on molasses during flush. I really think this does something to the plant's resin production as I could throw these buds against the wall and they'd stick. This is the second plant I've OD'ed on molasses and water and I'm convinced it makes the buds stickier and will give a longer burn when being sampled down the road. Might be my n00b imagination, but I don't think so.
