Training is rocking along no injuries so far and weight has come off im holding atm at 197 so i am in great great place not grumpy and snappy.. Some people said i should even drop down to 170... Yikes... idk bout that.. Anyhow peep the LST'ed early on gurl till i re load all the pics i deleted on accident.

Hey Sack, sorry for the absense. Being away from this place for even a short space of time means when you get back you read a thread like a newbie, obbeee? and a bunch of other crosses I have no clue about. The learning curve that had levelled off just became steep again lol. Not sure how much time I'll be putting in here these days, but I'll be stopping by now and then.
