Just a question on plant count.

I am registered to have 12 plants. My fiance is registered with 12 as well, and designated me as her caregiver. Half of these can be in flower at any time, correct?

My question in addition to the first, is what this means for seedlings. Can I plant 24 beans at once, or plant 12, stick them into flower, then star the last 12?

anything with a root would be considered a plant.
and i would think to what was discussed that a plant over 12 inches high is mature.

As others have said i don't think the police would care if there is females flowers 80 days in or 10 days in.

But in the end i would stick to 3 in flower and 3 in veg per license. Maybe after a few others test the waters in court would i be ready to believe the higher plant count.

Yep. State recognizes higher plant count. It's in 1284.

I'll pop a 3/3 ratio for now, and just make sure to abide my personal plant count.

Anyone with more info it would be appreciated. :)

higher plant count is in the new law as an affirmative defense. Read it!
!
The bill says that the dept of health recognizes the higher recommendations, not the cops/feds. Not saying it wouldn't hold up in court, but the bill does not say that leo has to recognize them.

From what I've seen if they find anything they think may be a violation they seize all your shit anyway, and ask questions later.

i have honestly heard it doesnt matter veg/flower
they just count your plants as long as ur in ur limits ur ok donno if theyll clarify or change that for 1284 but i know many whove had run ins and never is there a separation of oh these are flowering and oh these are veggin i dn just what ive heard tho

Haha. I was just wondering if the state prohibits it within view of the public or whatever, even if its only from certain angles.

the higher plant count is a gamble. it will more than likely hold up in court but that could be a huuuuugggge headache but im pretty sure, no matter what, cops no longer will destroy a garden whether or not they believe it to be illegal or not as they do not have a way to house them until the court case takes place.
