Hello every one it's great to be back on the scene. I was an old member that had to delete my old acct because of legal issues and security breeches.
I am in my mid 30's and live on the east coast of the U.S. ,and am currently getting back into growing but on a MUCH SMALLER scale and more for my health problems than to help pay bills.
currently I am running a veg. box (small nightstand ) w/ compact floros ( 20"Hx19"Lx14"W) I have home depot floros in it 6 in all 2 1100 lumen bulbs and 4 800 lumen bulbs. ventilation from the bottom being vented w/ a 4" duct booster fan threw a DIY scrubber. I have another nightstand the exact same dimensions as my veg. box I plan on using as a flower box. I am going to be out fitting it with a DIY cooltube from a bake-a-round and a galaxy 150W electric ballast.I Plan on stacking both boxes 1 on top of the other and eventually conecting the 2 together into 1 complete system. I made the scrubber so I could take it off and connect the 4" duct work from the veg. box and connect that to the intake of the flower box add an additional booster fan to pull more air out of the flower box,but this is still at least a month down the road still.
I am running nirvana's femmed bubblicious and 1 bean of bogglegum In a mixture of promix ,pearlite,bat guano,and soil moist polymers,and plan on adding in coco coir as soon as I can find a place around where I just moved to to buy it. SO far I have no idea what my PH is of my medium but the plants look nice and green and have been growing quite well for what I have been using. It's a far cry from the 6k+ system I was running about a yr. ago but it is still something to get free medicine from.
