Convection.. Cool air in hot air out.

Love the cement cool!

Have a look at my photos for examples of my box. It may not be your style of choice but there is wisdom there.

My bestist advice is keep the heat of the lights plumbed out of the room.. Indica can handle cool soil and cool air.

I like that amount of head room. My lights are on an adjustable rack so I can lower them and I went with a multi-watt ballast this week.

I'm happy..

We are discussing carbon atm too.

Depends on what you are doing.

The Cannabis plant is a life form. We need to understand we are nurturing a life.

What is your planned style of growing? I may have something good to add or it may be out of my "Ball Park"

I do, after all, have BSF grubs eating Coffee grounds and pancake mix ATM.. I'm strange that way.

What are your ideas?

And you didn't glean anything from me?

Wow..

I get the impression that those large tubs "Wallmart sells" might be the thing then..

You have much to catch up on..
Email me for a conversation. There is no need for me to propound my grow-philosophy in your thread.

You are off to a great start.. I like the atmosphere and I like that you realize to ask questions and make up your own mind!

Blessings!

You have almost my exact layout, sizewise and heightwise, but I don't have the advantage of cool ambient temps as your basement space affords. I use 2 stationary 600's in air-cooled hoods over 15, 3 gal. pots. I think your idea of getting 6 elbows from a space of this size sounds wildly enthusiastic but not even close to reality, at least for now. I'm not saying it couldn't be done, just not likely. I have pulled around 2.5-2.75 lbs from my space using a high-yield variety. This yield was close to the "1 gm per watt" holy grail standard, but you are thinking 2.25 gms per watt. That would be similar to multiplying the loaves and fishes and turning water into wine.

You will need a few grows to dial in your variables and determine a good baseline yield from which to build on. Conrol the light, temps, RH, nutrition, ventilation, etc, and you will do well.

Monocropping in a space this size is the only way to bigger yields. You may want variety but it just doen't work well in a small room.

Good luck and ask questions. There are some very talented peeps here who know whats up and will help if you ask.
