"number one" super auto

Guys, well this is my number one auto. the date of planting is
18-4-2010, it is the plant in the middel. To the left is my white widow (non auto). planted 6days before.

I have NOT used any nutes, only water. I have to say with both plants i had a little problem because gave to much water at one point, but they are fine again!. the widow was slithtly more overwatterd. and sometimes when i give them water in the morning and i come back, the soil is to dry because of the warm weather/ sun we had lately.

The 'number one' has started to flower! To the right of it, i have also a real small auto ak (also planted 18-04-2010), which is also is flowering. It started flowering a earlier the the number one though

Beautiful mate!!! Looks like the super autos really deliver if you take care of them, What is the size of it, hight wise I mean? I have some of the supers outdoors and they are also starting to take of, not as bushy as yours but that is probably because the weather here has been shitty the last 2 weeks. Keep us updated, very interested in the progress of this one.

very nice

very nice

Hi jimmie

Nice to see some of the babies grown by diferents people out there!!

I just can tell u that she look really pretty, just try to feed her very well from now to push her to provide you the best of her... Super autos are very interesting to work with, u can play a lot and those strains are very tolerant in feeding programs...i mean that i did myself so many test on them before putting them on the market and i can assure you that if grown in soil like you do, u can put even til 5/6 time nutrients programs without any problem doing some good soil and roots clean with flush program using clear water every 3 weeks... and of cousre stopping any feed 2 - 2.5 weeks before harvest...

Take care dear friend

hi guys,

my plant is about a 50cm and still growing. We had some great awesome sunny weather. but also alot of rain, (i like to keep my plant at the balcony, in natural sunlight).
Although she is a week younger then the widow, she sure is the same size.

i believe that isnt as tall as advertised, because of my own fault. I dint use any nutes, and maybe not enough soil and less then perfect weather conditions. But then again she looks very health and is ( with my widow) the tallest plant i healthy grown so far.
and i can tell you, that has been a big problem for me! haha

About the nutes thing, i really big noob at that, i will try to puts in. some of that 'allround' plant nutritions i got you can buy in the normal grocery store.
Ill post more pictures in some time!
Ahh, today is a sunny day! i think she will grow a few more cm :D.

@stdane, and yes, number one should be is 90-100 days. but usually auto flowers take a little longerwith me.
annapura should be around 90-95 and nirvanasky about 100-120 right?
if you like you can post some pictures of them in this tread.

If you dont mind I think I will pull up a chair and watch this one happen. I am interested in the superauto yields. I am trying to decide if the extra month is worth it yield wise.

Ill make some pcitures tomorrow, she is getting pretty fat.

only i spotted some lice on them... my whole ak was covert :(, so i cut of the parts with lice and havested the ak. The other werent so much infected . I took some of with my hand, and i sprayed the rest of the plants with Bayer Garden duoflor spray (organic)

whats with the term super auto, is that mean they dont auto untill there about a months old making the auto function bascially worthless for the most part?

They are Super Autos, they are able to leap over tall grass hoppers, they are faster than a speeding slug, they can------

Just kidding, it is my understanding that they go about 90 to a 100 days from seed to bud. They are supposed to be a little talller and produce more weight than a normal auto. I am wanting to raise a strain called Iranian.

The advantage to this (as far as I can tell) plant is for someone who wants to get yields in a hurry but does not have the money or time for a regular 12/12 type grow. Correct me iffin I am wrong somebody.

you are right. they have the advantage of autoflowering but take a little longer to finish in which time they get much bigger and give better yields than traditional autos.

yes, and it handy for outdoor growers , who want it fast or live in regions where there are very short summers.

My sitiuation is like this: I dont grow professional, just have 5 plants... no lamps no nothing. So in the summer i can have a few runs during the outdoor season. besides that, when its fall or winter i grow some small autoflowers before the window (so no special light cycle or anything) With non autoflowers i would have to wait till next summer to get some weed. Now i can also get weed during the fall/ winter just having a plant in my room infront of my window.

Ofcourse i could build a weed closet with fans and 400watt lights,... but i just dont care and i dont wanne do that. I dont need smoke so much weed anyway. I really dont care if yield in the winter will suck.
Btw this is just a small hobby, But autoflowers are the answer for me!

The 'number one' plant i getting really fat, and will be ready over a few weeks, on the other hand my white widow that i have planted at the same time, planted din't even show sex yet!, no pistel no nothing...
Big chances that my white widow will die ( because dutch weather usually craps out in sept/oct with will result in a crappy yield for me or a dead plant.

There for.. I LOVE AUTO FLOWERS!! :jump:

this is the Iranian you were talking about. i harvested a bunch about 2 weeks ago and will harvest a bunch more around august 1. yield was 3 about ounces each but the august ones i know from past experience will finish much heavier.
How long does the Iranian go for, from seed to in the drying chamber.

Sorry for late update..

I got some superauto ak beans.. I will plant them shortly i think, but i wait till i harv est my other plants, cuz i got a lice thing going on a bit in my white widow..

O this is by the way the biggest auto flower i ever got, now remember i havent use ANY nutes what so ever!. So that it got this big is very unusual for me. Its about twice as big, my huge ass easy ryder i had, and That whas 1 big pheno.

Looking amazing mate.
How long do they have to go? I have a whole bunch of super autos going but im way behind you, mine still have 6-8 weeks left but they do grow amazingly fast. Some of mine are over 4ft tall.. And the smell is as good as it gets, lots of menthol and citrus and undertones of that classic Haze that is so hard to describe. What are you getting of your number one? Have a couple of N1 but they are just showing preflowers so dont really know what the smell is going to be like.

Keep up the good work and please bring on more photos!

it smells really fruity / haze ( like i use to buy in the coffee shop). Thats means its good.. because this is the first time my weed actually smells like real good coffeshop weed xD !! haha
My other auto's use to smell like hh... dirt?? earth/ muddy??

Sure ill post some new pictures soon. And also i'm gone plant the new superauto ak! thats isnt released yet! I got the ass some extra freebees, whats really nice!

But i''m gone wait till i harvest these.

well she was planted on 18-4 and now being 18-7 she is about 90 days. the website says they r good to go in around 90-100 days. I have to say the lowerbranched seem more mature and alot of dark pistels. Only the top isnt readdy yet, i think another 2 weeks would be good. Maybe ill chop of her lowerbranches some sooner.
