ph @ 6.5

RO water

650 ppm every second watering

base nutes have no cal/mg in it but other than that is complete, thats why i was thinking cal/mg issue

What is your ppm at when you add the sensical to the RO water?

What is your run off ph?

By looking at the first pix you posted, I would say it is not overfert. I did not see any leaves that look crispy that would correspond with overfert.

If it is not enough cal/mag then it is a ph problem.

I have used pro mix and I did not like it because of the lime in it. It made it hard to get the ph right. Straight coco gives you so much more control.

alright...just did a runoff test

PH---- going in 6.1---------comming out 4.7

ppm----going in 150(tap water)-----comming out 2000+ppm (meter dont go any higher)

this test was done on the worst looking plant, the one i posted below.

so if you could tell me whats going on to make this happen.....and how should i go about correcting the situation?

ps...for the runoff i made sure to collect atleast 1 Gal of runoff before i tested it

That ph is low because that ppm is way too high. There is your problem. Are you giving them at least 30% run off each feed/water cycle? Work on getting that ppm down.

Your plants on acid dude, level at ph to around 6
I dont use sensical , is that a Calcium Supplement.

You cant call a nutrient disorder, if the PH is not correct and consistent.
I would flush the plant with straight tap water.
let it dry up a day or so. and then test the PH
6 seems to be a pretty safe benchmark for me, I dont use digital equipment, but I soil ph kits are cheap and easy to find.
Once the soil is ph'd proper try not to push it for a while, until it recovers. Super Thrive is my good freind as it is the chicken soup of the plant world, and helps sick plants get better and stressed plants relax.

i try to give as little runoff as possible, otherwise the water will seep into the cracks in the plywood, i did a real bad job on the floor...so in other words if i let too much run off then my floor soaks up the water...then my RH is consitantly high, causing mold probs

but yeah i flushed about 10-15 plants tonight with 400Liters of water, using tap water(150 ppm) and then adding cal/mg and my k-trate, for a total ppm of 300, and ph at 6.2....gave them a good flush....will continue flushing the rest tomorrow

I would leave out the nutes until you determine the ph, and plants recover. They won't take any MG or CA if the PH is not correct. And your promix has enough nutes to keep the plants growing.
The PH will change as your additives react with the soil, going in at 6.2 appears safe, but a long PH probe will give you the PH of the Soil in different areas of the medium.
I got one at Wmart for 4$, and it has a light meter, and Moisture meter.

The chart on the left will give you the ph values of nutrient availability .

Ph probes dont work for shit...i baught 3 of them ...all 3 read 7 ph even when i stick it in my ph4 buffer solution

What are you pH'ing to?

You know that Sensi-Cal is just a suppliment, right? It doesnt have any macro nutes....

lol. yea it does, zinc, boron, cobalt, molybdenium.

ph @ 6.5

RO water

650 ppm every second watering

base nutes have no cal/mg in it but other than that is complete, thats why i was thinking cal/mg issue

think that 6.5 is the issue, try 5.6....
plants might be low on P also...
or..
they may have been getting very dry just before you watered them with food?

i recently did this exact thing to my crop by letting it get too dry and then feeding "the usual mix"

next time, water with ro, then feed an hour or more later.

another contributor to the factor might be this:

my room is 11x11....got 9000w(75w/sqr ft)......3 ton a/c going......70 ppd dehumidifier......all these suck moisture out the air.....but is it possible that they are evaporating the water in my containers....leaving the salts behind?
