My Defoliated buds

Been posting these in the defoliation thread but thought id share them over here too. 5 plants total- 2 Chemd in back - 2 Apollolicious Indiana Bubblegum x Apollo13bx1 front right - 1 Indiana Bubblegum front left. Grown in soil under a 600. The last pic is day 36 and im not sure but i think the aqpollolicious is about done. Today is day 39 and looking in id say they wont go more than 45 days.

Impressive. Do you think the defoliating helped them mature faster?

Thnx. I cant say this is my 2nd run on this. So im not sure i do know that the buds loved the extra light and didnt miss the leaves at all. The chem d and bg seem to be right on track. It might be this is just a fast finisher.

This is a very interesting thread as there are people on both sides of the fence about defoliation. I have no bias and I'm just interested and have pulled up a chair. Your typical marijuana textbook answer would be that plants shouldn't be defoliated and should just grow naturally (this way no shock, pest issues with openings on the plant, etc etc)...but certain plants that get real leafy or real big broad leaves need a little defoliation love IMO. I don't go to the extent you do but I always clear a few large fan leaves out and give em some breathing room. Good work! Looks like what you are doing is working out really well! Nice bumper crop for you to enjoy!

Looks real good.I have been following that thread also and have defolated mine.I guess for the most part it might have beens something that I was doing anyways.Just not to the extent that im doing it now.I am hoping to increase the yields as well as resin production.

I figured what the hell ill just got for it. I was on the fence but now i know it works for me. Gonna be interesting to see where there at in a few more weeks.

Heres a day 40 Update. I started flushing the Apollolicious and had to stake up the chemd. The AL is comming down in the next week. Should be done around 45 days. Id say almost over done. I could take it now but not without a proper flush. Where you at Sacko? Peace LL
