Just curious I am thinking about ordering some sour 60 and purple jems. If i keep the strongest male S60 to pollinate with a female S60 will my seeds be stable? Same goes for purple jems. :dunno::thank you:

Depends on what kind of stable you are asking about.

Pheno stable = no

AF 100% = yes

Mate i think the y will be stabel enough. What you are thinking about is what most AF growers do. Buy some good genes and them make your own to save £ and maybe even do some nice crosses of your own! Why not get the seeds you mention and then cross the Jem with the S60 and you have a "new" strain to try out!
Go for it, you have nothing to loose and I promise you will love it, once you start....
Good luck and what ever questions u have just let the keep on coming.

The resulting seeds will all be stable for their auto flowering properties. However you may get several different phenotypes, or "styles" of plants. Some may look like the ones you grew, others may be taller, shorter, bushier, etc. With selective breeding you can, over time, increase the chances of getting the phenotype that you prefer.

Cool sounds like i better just keep letting the seed banks do there job and i stay a custy. Thanks for the info my friend:bandit:

I myself have just done this for seeds...I have a sour60 female pollinated with purple jem..i'm on day 50 I think....should be interesting on the off spring....and as far as stable they will "ALL" be autos, just diff pheno's from each strain...Sour60 x Purple Jem may give me some BIG "purple" sour bubble/blue berry tasting plants...

MOSSY: I just thought about this,,,,If my purple jem male didn't show any color once pollen started to drop, will the strain still have the "purple" traits to pass on to my f2 seeds????
