The leaves look pretty played out, it's probably not going to change much more. I'd say chop.

Num of days and num/color of pistils means nothing. You need to look at the trichs. They go from clear to cloudy to amber. I like to chop sativas 2-3 days after I begin seeing amber. Indicas as soon as I see any amber.

You can take a piece off and quick dry+smoke to try it out.. looks like you're close to chop day if not there already.
