Cannabutter Shore Lunch

I was on a fishing trip a few weeks back with two other pot-friendly friends and I had made a batch of cannabutter beforehand and brought it along.

At that shore lunch, I was the cook and proceeded to fry up some fresh caught fish in cannabutter, pepper and lemon with pan-fries over the fire. Neither had ever had any edibles ever before so it was great fun the rest of the day.

They are still raving about the experience and I now have a standing invite and order for almost every weekend. Thank god for shake!

So anybody else have any unique but simple fish recipes I could expand upon?

Sounds like you had a great time :)

I'd try and whip up a simple butter sauce using the cannabutter to go with your grilled/fried fish. There are loads of recipes online, lemon butter sauce, parsley etc

I use melted cannabutter with garlic for dipping crab and lobster, Sometimes I've put some chopped fresh basil and pine nuts in for a cannabutter pesto. With the basil it tastes so good the herbal flavours complement each other very well, ill have to try the fish like that. It sounds delicious

Brush both sides of your fillets with ganja butter, seasoned however you like.. then cooked over camp fire on cedar planks..
