Blood

I guess it could be strain dependent like some strains that have a red or purple-ish stems and petioles. But I seem to remember from a really old book by Ed and Mel that you may have a nute deficiency. Don't think they nailed it down but clear is better if I remember correctly. The bit of plant in the pic looks healthy tho. I've seen it before in the unknown strain I have but not in a long time. Don't think its the end of the world but I'd keep an eye on it. Would be interesting to see how it grows out. If you're in veg clip one or two a bit later and see if there is any change.

Really cool! Did you taste it? For real... I bet it tastes good. Maybe you could grow shitloads on an industrial scale and make a mariuana juice cocktail!!
Shit maybe you could make a liquor out of it like they do with tequila....

I found this at 420 magazine:

When you cut the stem or leaves, you may see the plant's sap momentarily spurt before the wound is plugged. The sap contains primarily the products of photosynthesis, in the form of sucrose (table sugar). Smaller amounts of materials associated with the living organism such as minerals, amino acids, and enzymes are also present. In marijuana, the sap is usually colourless, although a bright red colour - it looks like blood - is not uncommon in later life. The red colour is due to haematin compounds and anthocyanin pigments that naturally build up in some varieties. The red colour may also indicate a nutrient deficiency, notably of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, or magnesium.

When re-vegging a plant, it will bleed for a few days since the branches are cut off and the plant is fed, but the sap has always been clear for me, never red.
