So let me get this straight you have access to 35w 6500 and 2700k of what im assuming is CFL bulbs? Or you could get the same bulbs in 25w. Am i reading this correct?

Im not sure what your ventilation consist of, what i mean is how strong your fans are, but i would go with the 35w and mix the spectrum , and use both 6500k and 2700k

it would be preferable to also have more than 35w or even 70w (fluoro) for flowering

my pc case hold 3cfl lights and im growing dutch passion auto blueberry so do (2) 6500k and (1) 2700k im new to this pc growing i grew outdoors but never indoor.i got my pc case from stealthbox.com it has 3 fans not to sure how strong they are

That would work,but i would do (2)2700k and (1)6500k. I dont know much about the stealth box but i hope it would handle 3 35watters.
