Alright guys,
Lets keep a medium sized budget / electricity bill on this operation (under 12kw) to stay under the radar. What would you look for in your ultimate grow house? This house will be located in a police state and grown w/o a medical license so security and discreetness have to come into factor.

Type of room enclosure (tent, insulated room, vinyl + velcro "easy" rooms etc.)

Grow times (veg times, strain flowering times etc.)
Type of growing (LST, SCROG, SOG, Big Bushes, etc.)
Type / Wattage / Ratio of lamps (MH, HPS, LED, Fluro's)
Type of Cooling (Big A/c, Multiple A/C's, Just fan + Ducting + Aircooled hood, etc.)
Co2 vs Non - Co2
Security Methods (Camera's, Scent scrubbers, locks, general security, etc.)
How many people in the grow? (Ridin Solo, Partner, Big operation = Risk!, etc)
Automation Techniques (Auto watering system, Remote camera's, etc.)
Any other specifics or specific equipment
