Strain: Jack Herer
Density: More of a traveling bud rather than a 'hard as a rock' bud. Medium dense I would say.
Price: $250/oz
Grow: Organic, Northern California grower, indoor, DWC, from seed
Smell: Like I just chopped down a pine tree and rubbed the sap in my eyes.
Appearance: You can tell this was a later than usual harvest as the trichs are mostly amber when viewed under a scope. This makes for a darker orange appearance. This bud is covered in short trichs and is dominated by long orange hairs.
Taste: Kind of medicinal actually, with a definite 'pine tree forest fire' taste in the back of my mouth. Kind of like smoking an IPA. More appealing than it sounds.
Smoke: Real smooth. This is a definite creeper weed by the books. Right at about the 5 minute mark my brain feels like a cassette tape player running out of batteries. Kind of surprising since I was told it would be an energetic smoke. This shit makes me forget my name. Overall a thumbs up.
