NEPXHaze not germinate

hello everybody,

I buy seed and I have a problem nepxoldtimerhaze it does not germinate,

I wanted to know if it's me who has a problem or if it is common

I do dormancy and I have no problem germination usually

For how many days are they has to germinate???

some more than 15 days and another 7 days

I grew some last year. Had no Germination issues.

its been 3 years since seed lots were done. Cant remember well but think there were 7 or 9 Nepalese females with Oldtimers dad
Do they come from ICMag lots?
Hope they do germ, let me know in private if you wish to see if this can be solved
