Mixing MaxiBloom in liquid for use as a stock solution?

Does anyone mix their maxibloom w/ R/O water at a fixed ratio, and then use that solution as a liquid stock solution.

You could mix it down to like 2grams per ml and apply that way.

Mostly I'd like to do this as there is a white flake that is last to dissolve, and the only way I've found to get it out quick is to dissolve it in a cup and crush it down in the water. This is such a tedious process, I'd love to get around it...

Think there would be any problems w/ any of the elements precipitating or binding together (like Calcium)?

If you haven't done this I'd love to hear some theories both on how to go about the mix, and how stable you think it would stay.

I asked Dongle about this in the past .
The stuff I was concerned about not mixing up till last - I was told it's a binding agent and not the actual nutes and not to worry about it .
As far as stock - I never tried that idea - Might now though . Thanks .

That was exactly my concern...

Good info, I've agonized over that stuff not going into solution :).

What ration would you say is the limit as far as maximum concentration. I'm worrying about binding and precipitation here.

Thanks All.

I actually called gh today asking about the maximum concentration that maxibloom can be mixed and remain stable without elements binding to use as a liquid fert. The answer they gave was "100 grams per gal." I should have asked if there is any shelf life on the concentrate once mixed, but I forgot.

Good Call, Bongo.

The only time I get a precipitate while mixing is when I'm putting a large amount of powder in a small water container to premix for a res... I suppose If it is concentrated enough for the binding agent to stay out of solution, then it's probably concentrated enough to bind elements...

RO has nothing beneficial like say spring water. It's important to supplement the stripped water with calmg To put all that is good back in your water. Mix it in the res first, then add the desired amount of maxibloom in a gallon jug 3/4 full of hot tap water. Shake the shit out of it, and dump in the res & mix.
