Dutch Masters Foilar Spray. Plant Miracle or 100% Brain Washed Scam!!!

100% Marketing Brain washed scam. I cant stand em. The worst company in the world. I think its the worst thing 4 your plant ever. They could have done this in the 70's.
Its like diluting a couple of brands of nutes a lil, mixing them together and then making your gallon of water when u add it to the gallon.
Its really low, selling overfertilizing from holland.
Its the lamest taste. You know right away when its been used just by the cigar/diesel smell. And then the taste is the exactly like over fertilizing your plants by foilar spraying 4 Tablespoon per quart. Sounds gross as it tastes. And the high is the worst. Its "IN THE BOX". Which I have never thought of or noticed. Until recently. Its a joke.
I coughed and hacked after a hit. Didnt need to sit down or take a breather or get my bearings, just an average buzz. And its all to do with Dutch Masters.
7 connections and the weed tastes all the same. The hi is almost the same. Pointless to look. These hook ups arent medical growers either. But the weed looks great but the smell is not unique one of a kind (Resin is not increased. Strange). That only pot smell, has been lost.
Light, Saturator, foilitech have made me think of somthing that I never thought some sleazy company would go mass marketing that "Glowing plant image ly compared to another normal plant.
Haaa, I don't want my weed to glow. Its like reflux on a plant. And people are brainwashed cuz their pic shows a glowing/bigger plant using their spray, and u think thats good.
But its just sprayed on muck. I soaked my own grown weed in water(tasted so bad, browned the flowers a lil).
After spraying on 9 weeks ago! A long time ago some freind gave me a free bottle of FOLITECH. Such crap, I used like 2 teaspoons. THIS WATER CHANGED FROM CLEAR TO DIRTY BROWN from the byproduct or something. Thats the last I used it.
Now its rears its ugly snake like head. 10 years later its cuz of some stupid info. booklet with that glowing plant.
And its from Holland the pioneers of the classics breeding, we have all come to know and love. Their a joke there i bet. Their is no science to crap.
Why use their other products if their gonna turn weed/plants into commerical bster weed taste and hi. When its grown locally
. 100% scam. Its an epidemic on a weed scale.
Its crap sold,
going as the chronics normal
and no one seems to care @ all this.
Its everywhere.
Glad I Got the unpopular kinda weed.
No Dutch Masters.
More on this anyone!!!

ive had a little experience with the DM sprays. and from what i can see, my plants love the shit. ive had a few grow 2-3 inches in one day after 1 spray from that and some basic boost/ grow.. not to mention lots of new node growth and things. i like it. i mean obviously dont use that stuff while your flowering if youve done that.. thats not good. i dont think its intended for that.. veg only

I've never heard anything bad about their foliar sprays, quite the opposite actually. Nothing but praising reviews from my buddies, and many on this forum. Never personally used them, too expensive. I do a foliar spray with liquid karma because it's already in my regular nutrient line up. No need to buy another two products.

A little LK spray will save the day in ANY CASE. I've gotten dead clones (dropped from the sky lol) put them in my ez cloner mist a bit with LK and BLAMO they came back to life.

Seems this man has found the light as well.

Oh and it's great for germing seeds also.

Good Post

I had a sampler of several of their products in no way did the foilar spray influence the taste. Its an excellent product. Maybe you soaked them too much

Read the bottle..they are australian... ;-)

How much did you sprayed and how often? It should be sprayed once every 3-4 days & in veg only.

I got several bottles of saturator & liquid light for free but I'm not using it much right now because got some spidermites (not keen on using neem & DM foliar togheter).

However how long can the mixed product stay good in a spray bottle?

I use all of DM's products at about 1/2-1/4 strength, but I've used them for years:

DM Penetrator (now Saturator) is one of the best products on the market, lights on spraying and makes anything it's mixed with a systemic.
DM Liquid Light, also good stuff
Folitech: Awesome results in both veg and flower, I use it about once a week.
DM Zone, chloramine helps keep the res sterile and kills all bacteria, good for dead res hydro
DM Reverse, good for turning hermie plants back into females.

Dutch Master is a good company with good products, many of them not even available from other manufacturers. I agree that you probably used too much.

I like the thread starters post!

He stated his opinion (almost clearly), and left no ambiguity.

7 outta 9 replies (with 2 neutrals) disagree though.

I think DM has the least amount of products. The gold line has a 2 part and one additive. Unlike other nute companies that have their base nutes and 20 different additives/boosters that all have some different specific function(AN) DM actually tells you to use the one additive-Max for the gold line and nothing else but the one foliar treatment specific to that line, Liquid Light for the gold line. It couldn't be any simpler, they have 3 lines each has a 2 part grow and bloom, each has one additive and one foliar and I can tell you the gold line is astounding. And apart from the LL the price is about the same as GH. One of the things that impressed me the most was they seem to have their own bottles made just for them. They are high quality thick plastic with ridges to grip the cap and a wide mouth so you can pour without dribbling everywhere. Everyone else uses the cheapest bottles they can and spend their money on some stupid overdone graphics to appeal to simple minds, these cheap plastics could also leach into the nutes if they were on the shelf long enough methinks.

mm sorry but I have to disagree with this. The large mouth makes it easier to spill out when trying to get out small amount of product..

Anyways it's true that the plastic is better but the bottle mouth not.

@shroomdr : True, but I think it's been clear that he probably used it wrong, because nobody else reported that taste issue so far. I am pretty new to DM and never saw it before this year so I guess that we need some more reports about it...

the gold line has at least 15 different products

use a syringe to get out liquid nutes, its alot easier and more accurate

use a syringe to get out liquid nutes, its alot easier and more accurate

I used to do so but you need to give a good clean up to the syringe before getting out different products (for istance, if you use the same syringe for ataclean and add 2.7 (with some cleaning in between) you will end up having anyways a whiteish thing and this may contaminate the box)

The same happens with liquid calcium and neem oil, you need to give a GOOD wash to the syringe before using it again..That's why I prefer using a measuring glass, just because it's easier to rinse!

I thought the gold line was 2 part grow 2 part bloom LL and Penetrator. Thats 4 products, 6 if you actually count the 2 part as 2 products. Max, Add.27,and Zone are not part of the gold line as far as I know. For some reason the wide mouth is less messy for me, other nutes always dribble down the side of the bottle until I've used about 30 percent. Hygrozyme has the best container, never lost a drop. But really the most ideal are the ones that have a little built in measuring unit and you squeeze the bottle to fill it and the rest of your product never gets exposed to oxygen.

I'd say you cannot get old by being a fool, the graveyards are full of young wise men.

TY Lazy for that tid bit of info. Coming from you speaks volumes for their products and those that disagree are well... young :)

Aw thanks Wags! I'm certainly not as good a grower as most (look at my yields! lol) but yeah, using stuff for years gives you some good insight as to how well they work.

I forgot to mention, when using ANY new product, use it at 1/4 strength and work your way up slowly. It's amazing how concentrated some products are.

The only exception I've found to this rule was Pura Vida Organics, you gotta use it at bottle strength, or more!

LL and Penetrator have worked well, and pardon the fanboyism but doesnt Penetrator break through the cuticule similar to how Cactus doping has been done with DMSO?
