There are some good soil recipes and feeding recipes in there..... I know my BM loves LC's mix #1

Hey Lightgrenade! Yeh definitely sort out air flow ASAP. If you can, i'd just put one 130w CFL in there if you have space. Gonna grow so much better if u do and maybe hang it horizontally to get the most even distribution of light. Good luck!

When they get a lil bigger i recommend a power strip and the plug in adapters you can fit like four 42 watt cfls thats sorta what im using my plants seem to like it
