How long till seeds mature?

Roughly 4-5 weeks, depends on the strain(s). I just brushed same male pollen on 3 diff strains on 04/01, on one strain I had huge dark striped/spotted beans in 28 days. The other two will be ready this week.

Minimum seems to be around 30 days under good conditions for a high percentage of viable seed
Find it best to leave alone till the first seeds fall out when shaken which is 45 days for most , Haze and its crosses seem to need a bit longer.

A heavily seeded small plant can take a lot longer esp in low temps , after 30 days the light schedule is less important and they can be finished out of the room if space is tight.

30-60 days... the longer you wait the higher the % of viable healthy seeds.

I also found after all the mature seeds are harvested to throw em in the fridge awhile before germing. Kinda like a dormant stage what would happen in nature.

Spot on Doc! I usually harvest seeds about 2 weeks after the specific variety has finished it's normal sensi flower time frame....seeds are predominately dark and striped/mottled, ready to fall off the plant.

Iow....if it's a 7 week plant, it's going to be at least the 9th week before seeds are generally mature enough.

To give you a better idea....because a pic can speak a thousand words...lol...here's a couple pics with seeds nearing completion (about 7-10 days remaining):

foomar said on another thread 35 days and I've found this to be true. Some will be done at 30 but most are done by 35.

keep in mind imo and experience freshly harvested seeds can have a very low germ/success rate and a month of drying/curing seems to make a big dif. Also agree w/fridge first...to heating pad also gives higher germ success.
