How are the Laws there? From what I'm told 99 babies can be running as-long as you procure a card I would like to become a caregiver and help some people out that have injury like mine or worse.

Currently in California there are no plant limits for med patients. That doesn't mean LEO won't mess with you. Use common sense, don't sell and don't tell and you should be OK.
