Oakland city council is showing strong support for this and they have some of the finest well regulated dispensaries in the state.

Richard is actually if favor of smaller grows and more permits. This throw the successful guy under the bus because he's worked hard and made things happen leaves me wondering what's the average IQ of posters here is.

You out of state people, if California/Oakland wanted your opinion we'd give it to you.
