Maybe I should elaborate a little bit. I can assume too much sometimes.

I want to create a social group about disliking not being able to create social groups until 1 year old.

Apparently there's a little problem there...

You need to ask a senior member, mod or admin to create a social group. Sorry but until you're here at least a year we aren't going to let you solicit our members to join your group. Reasons should be obvious.
