Trex from cutting edge solutions

Hello, i really like CES and have been using it for over a year. great stuff. my hydro store guy says a new product from them called trex is coming out and can take 2-3 weeks off veg. has anyone used it? i heard it is expensive like Grex but if it can take 2 weeks off veg it could be worth it. peace

I just recieved a set of samples from cutting edge and t-Rex was included. I emailed Joel about it and this was his response:

So T-Rex is a fairly new product, actually a newly named old product. It is a pure strain of Trichoderma Harzianum, a beneficial soil fungus that helps to promote root growth and protect against pathogenic fungi. It is different than other Trichoderma products on the market because it is a fresh collection of spores, never dehydrated and much more potent than dehydrated products. T-Rex is used only once in the very beginning at transplant, unless you have no ceilings. The organism causes an increased uptake of Calcium and in turn can cause a growth spurt, especially in faster growing plants, so for general upkeep of the rootzone we suggest using the G-Rex, which focuses energy more on root growth without the growth reaction.
