Seriously...filling out the census? I have zero idea why people have a problem with this. And anybody I've met who refuses to fill one out gives me some wild conspiracy theory of why the census is bad. It's a fucking census. Census have been going on for hundreds of years. Just fill it out and be done with the pestering.

I know we've got large groups in states that are refusing to fill them out. Good. Those dumb asses can and SHOULD lose representation in DC for being paste eating morons. And if enough of them in their state do the same thing...that's exactly what will happen.

With many "caregivers" offering freebies for sign-up and some offing monthly bud payments for new patients - what is to stop people from changing caregivers on an hourly basis?

It seems this may be the new stock-up for free plan, by more than a couple patients.

If there is no way to check up on caregiver history, this is another problem with the legislators plans.

If your patients go out and signs their caregiver to a new person - and you are counting on those patients for a legal count, could be a bad day for grower that is trying to be legal. I assume the last caregiver is current caregiver.

Then there is the backlog at Dept of Health.



On the other hand, it looks like I can "harvest" about a QP a week just by changing caregivers a few times a day. And after a couple months - I can be a caregiver for others - sell them my excess,, and never grow or work again.

I'm starting to think People have been doing this for awhile.
They sign each dispensary up as primary and then go around each month collecting as much as they need.

If they are not notifying the caregiver then no one really knows.

I can see a "Cancelation Fee" coming into play if that is ever setup. Some Places give one 8th per month some places 1 oz. and then Discounted rates on top of that for overage.

If you want your neighborhood looking like a third world country or some downtown ghetto ass then don't fill out the census.

allot of people are just mis informed about how money is dispersed through the USA, the census is just one part of the equation.

LMAO, this has been the scam for about 2 yrs now, kinda pissed me off when one of the people I had as a patient told me about this in 2007, I dumped him after I asked him to show me a copy of his current MMR records with me as his caregiver. He wouldn't, so good bye. I dropped 3 people due to this.
This summer 2009 I was in one of those quickie clinics for my renewal and heard over a dozen people talking about doing the get a bag free scam while waiting.

Nothing you can do except to ask your patient for copies of your their MMR records to see that you are the current caregiver, and only the patient can request these records.
I've seen allot of caregiver packets from lawyers that think they have the rights to request these records...wrong.

this is also the reason you don't see the free meds offer as much as it used to be advertised on CL these last 2yrs.
Summer2008 you could get 2oz a month for you 6 plant rec.
It went down to 1/8th and nothing summer 2009, greedy caregivers for sure.

Oh yeah, there are a ton of caregiver jumping whores in Denver and have been for a long time now. Desperate noob growers will do anything to get some paper on their wall, even if they are too stupid to realize it doesn't even count.

Then there are the: "what will you do for me if I give you the almighty power to grow my sacred 6 plants" patients.

I think it's fun to waste their time and string them along. Set up a meeting with them and then don't show. Then call them and apologize and reschedule. Don't show to that meeting either.

But seriously, there is a very easy way to get rid of these trolls. All growers need to be on the same page. It's simple: DON'T GIVE FREE MEDS TO PATIENTS WHOM YOU DON'T HAVE LONG STANDING EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH, EVER!

This Og kush plant( unknown cut) is only about 1 month old has never been topped and was super cropped for the first time 2 days prior to this photo. The mother was vegged under a combo of blue LED, and Cfls. The end result was the tightest nodes I've ever seen on a Og, literally node stacked on node.. Well the craziest thing is it seems to have passed this trait on to it's clones..

Passed onto its clones? Hmm that doesn't sound right, Are you sure it is OG? That is crazy manipulation man, if I could get OG to do that ot would be just about perfect.

yeah positive it is.. the blue LED tricks the plant into not making the hormones that cause it to stretch-out, I'm sure there is some technical term for it but.. But believe this is the same og I've grown for years.

That is so strange. I remember you telling me about the leds, I just wasn't sure if it was your same cut or a different "OG" that he had.

If you could find out more specifics it would be revolutionary for the OG growers

Awesome, since I'm embarking on my first multiple-LED grow now! Also: correct me if I'm wrong but, what you meant was that the characteristics resultant from the LED grow (lots of nodes, short internodes), were passed onto the clones insofar as they were also vegged under an LED?

that is exactly what I meant.. But oddly enough the clones were not vegged under LED's(just the clone mother) They were vegged underneath a combo of MH and HPS..

I think I might have puffed a little too much oil to catch the last part, dumb it down for me..

No worries, the "oddly enough" part says it all. I thought you were suggesting that the stuff that the LED lights made the clone mom do showed up in the clones because of the LED lights in the clone mom and not for some other reason. That would be freaking weird.
