I have the dr60 btw, and you can put the fan and the filter outside the tent with the fan blowing into the filter. Not the way they made it to work, but then you have more space.
I use LED's because of the heat thing, cannot help you there. I think a 150 is right for that tent tho. I have a 165 cfm fan turned all the way down with a speed controller, so you have a lot of power for such a small tent.
People run speed controllers all the time and no one really complains of burnt out fans. My filter is rated for 200 cfm and the fan 165 cfm, and with the fan turned all the way down, still good negative pressure and no smell coming from tent.
Open the tent and wham, they are starting to stink.
your tent is smaller than mine, so yes, your fan is overkill. however, you have to cool the light, i do not. in that case, i am not the one to ask about it.
the controller you want is called the speedster, but i just use a clone of it. there are a few generic 'speedster' controllers out there.
you might post this in micro grows as well.
i'm pretty sure that its a neoprene duct clamp. you wrap it around ducting and screw it tight when attaching your fan/filter/reflector. the black padding is suppose to keep the vibration low.
If u are not growing autoflowers u definitely gonna need to put ur exhaust fan on the outside of ur tent to give u more headroom, maybe even woth autoflowering plants. I got a very similar setup but using a dr60 and 250w.
Those ezyrolls rock.. they can hold quite a lot of weight and help u a lot to keep the right distance from the canopy with no hassle.
I would also add a small clip on or a pc fan inside, just above the canopy, to the tent to keep the air moving, good airflow makes massive difference.
yeah man.. if u are not using a AC reflector take it outside
