I Poped 2 beans into the Aerogarden to germ 9 am yesterday and 9pm today i have 2 sprouts... that was crazy fast!

The Plan is to leave them in the Aero for a week, then im moving em downstairs, 400 watt mh+hps very well vented 5.5'h x 4'w x 3'w box. I am Using Flora Nova in a 2 level mister

Thats all i can really say for now any questions feel free, I will post as the ladys grow!

Well sir i have got 3 goin now and they are 60 days old on Monday and I will need 2 more weeks at least they are in DWC they are monsters I have about the same space and light that you have they are 3ft and I have 3 different phenos all acceptable.my buddy has three in dirt and they are a 18 inches nice also his and mine were born together and he is a week or more ahead of me to finish. Oh yea I'm using the same nutes I only used the grow nutes for like 3 weeks males show in 2 or 3 week. Now to finish I'm using full strength bloom,mollases and hesi 13/14PK seems to work well they can handle the nutes well.I think what made them so big was flouros T5 for the first month.OK enough about my crap good luck and I will be checkin in for sure.space is gonna be a issue I'm so out of room so keep that in mind can't wait for pics I have pics at mdanzigs thread but they are old pics no really good bud shots I will show the phattys I have now when my computer gets fixed.and again good luck bro:jump::tiphat:

theres a good chance ill scrogg.I have a coolube but my hydro system sits about a foot off the grownd, im kinda lacking in scape hight wise for the box.
What are you and your buddy doing for light? how long did you go 24/h light for?

I went t 18/6 a couple weeks ago because of height restrictions scrog is a great idea the buds are huge long and phat as big as 20oz soda bottles keep that in mind bro my buddy is still 20/4 they are very easy and forgiving they take trimming very well so when things get thick snip snip I'm have a prob with sun leaves DWC the plant are to heavy for it and the fall in all the time what a pain in the ass.Any more ?????? Just ask I would love to help.

what kinda heat do you have in your space? i have had mine test running for a day now and the temps are 77-78, not too bad but not great for the amount of air i have flowing. stankkky er what?

My temps were even higher when I turned on the the hid I used T5 for the first month and temps were 75-80 those T5s are the best for growth your temps are just fine I think.:comfort:these plants take it well oh yea last night during feeding I broke a branch and I dried it on my light and I will smoke it soon I hope it's good feed them regular strength nutes they love it.I will tell you bout the smoke later if your interested c-ya

IT has been 8 days, I have one about 3 inches tal and one about 2, the taller one has a ton of roots already, First auto grow so may be normal but wow. The smaller one seems to be taking its time a little bit, healthy but slower.

Just like any strain, when the cotyledons die :]
Start at 1/4 recommended dose.

Np,
Lots of people forget that the seed has "everything" the plant needs for the seedling stage. The cotys are not real leaves, they are more like food reservoirs. Once they go yellow, it means the plant is running out of food and is growing its teeth. Time to wean it. Start slow.

WEllll, So i added first set of nutes"1/4 dose" AAnnnnd i got nute burn and the lower 2 fans leaves on both plants...and a little of the 2end set too. I have no way of flushing out my water as of right now " working on it" so i have kept adding fresh water every day to try and melo out the harssshh man.
I figured i would be fine at 1/4 dose of the flora nova.
So should i expect this sensitivity through out my grow? or may just be cus it was the first taste they have got from seed?
How much can you tell from 14 days about the plant?

I will have pics soooon, i know txt doesnt realllly do too much arownd here.

But yeah im sure ill be sexing in no time, they are about to have a growth spurt.

Hey everybody just wanted to hand out some advice! My sours and another grow had mold! My trics were mostly milky very little amber.very nice nugs though mold came on very quickly. Good luck with yours!

All the buds had mold? how much did you lose?

Thats a little scarry for me, im growing in a old basement from 1912. I have herd so many good things about s60 but i have been reading alot about mold. Im pretty worried. any sure fire way to avoid mold? this is my first hydro too, the water scares me :p

Did you have alot of air flow? was there maby an issue with your box. Fuck thats the last thing i wanted to see in your post, its sucha downer for you.

Well, i have one male forsure, i was so hopefull this plant had pistils in some spots and what looked like leaf sets starting, but nope they are balls. I thought i would luck out, germ 2 grow 2.. of course not. So i dont know what to do.

The one that is a fem is a runt, dont know if its worth my time to grow out one runt, or just start germin 3 news and keep everyone on the same nute schedule.

My only other option is to, put a 3 week old runt in with a fresh sprout and try and run the one longer?

IF i let my fem grow out with the male, will i get AF seeds? or just a nice normal stain?

All the Sour60 f2s I've grown out were AF, there should be no reason for them not to be. I'd suggest selecting good parents, and not just a 1 male to 1 female cross (this can be done, but in later generations when you want to isolate certain traits, and even in this case it is better to use as many individuals expressing the trait as possible).

All the f2s turned out bigger/better/more vigorous than their parents but I attribute that to the fact that I've learned their needs and limits from the seedrun, thus I could grow the f2s better right from the start.

I've had a tiny bit of mold (growing outdoors) on one of the mothers during the seedrun, during a 100% humidity weather over several days earlier this year. Not much mold when considering the horrible conditions they went through, however.

well sir sorry about replying so late i lost very little couple grams my final wieght was 11 ounces i am very happy with that:jump:that was from 3 plants in hydro buds are nice but i have smoked better.
