I just checked my babies and finally figured out the last of the sexes. I got lucky with a 4/4 female ratio. Things look to be going nicely with you.

I got one of the kush pheno's also. It looks like I got one of each (2 tang tang, 1 Chemdawg, 1 Bubba)....Mob Boss is my favorite and was the last to show sex. Things are getting super bushy, i;ll snap some pix soon.

Congrats BB im glad for ya bro! Really and trully Grindhouse gens are great!! and for the price and the amont of beans u get its simple crazy!! My bro his runing the mob boss and he told me she's marvelous at 40 days already. Will try to get pics...

Exactly right! The quality of the resin is amazing! Its a heavy resin i reckon...I can't wait for light to turns on i can watch and smell her for hours lol...I have two beautiful cut from her that i will post pic from later....

Well like you i have a early resin Mob Boss and Prophet. Hows the smell going with you? Even in day 23 there is almost no smell, unless rubbed against. My next pack of beans will be the Ultra Sonja and AA...

Update day, Here come the Prophet AKA Bubba Tang!! Some real dank here, i remember reading from Steele that this should be flowered for 80 days! I dont know if im going to be that patient lol

looking nice bro!!! i cant wait till mine start coming around. I love that coffee/pungent smell though, it really makes for a nice plant. Resin production is nuts. The only thing that looks out of place is the yield.

looks good mine are super frosty but mine are also super dense as well alot more farther along at 60 days looks wise they are super frosty tho good job mine look almost ready to cut but im being patient

Hey Frodo,

whats this incense pheno smell like I have one Prophet that smells like menthol from a vicks vaporizer, exactly. I smelled the resin stuck on my fingers and it just reminded me of rolling and sniffing that vaporizer.


The other pheno i have is straight coffee/pungent and is easily my favorite. She's so frosty i cant take it anymore. If this was my first time growing i'd say smoke it haha.


The Prophets are on the left side and the Mob Bosses are on the right. HPS vertical rocks, i love it. Once i get my new space, no hood for me.


i really need to learn to adjust my camera so you can see the frostiness that excites me. The pictures dont compare to real life.

My girl has the very subtle smell of spice, almost like an old stick of sandlewood incense.

Hey guys thanks for the reply!! I going to snag some full plant shot for u guys to see. As BB mentioned u wont grow this strain for the yield but more the quality she can offer.

In my part i always dream of growing the pre98 Bubba Kush! Where iam its quite impossible to get the real cut! So u guys can imagine how stocked im with that pheno...Personaly and from what friends that grew the real bubba told me, this version have added exactly what was missing to the bubba! Like vigor during veg and a more side branches too! She root up in 6 days!

All this make her my fav in my garden so far i will run 32 cut of this plant under two 600 hps this winter!!! I can't wait!!! I want some jar full of this stuff.


I will snag one bud at 63 days so i can sample it for my birthday which will be the world cup lunching day too hehe

I guess me and you are on the same level. I tried giving you rep for your pics and it wouldn't let me. I'm really hoping that Vick's menthol smelling Prophet is from the Tang-Tang. Its got better nug's than the other pheno and is frosting up the leaves like crazy. It literally looks like it snowed all over the leaves, covering the tips also.

I just love that coffee smell from the other pheno, its real pungent. i think once i get to know these strains better yield ca be increased significantly beyond any othr bubba. They have the potential for it, i just don't see it happening F1 from seed. I can't wait for this next round during re-veg.

I think out of 32 plants your bound to find a yielder with great Bubba characteristics. Selection is key in this game. Let me know how that preme nug comes out, should be stanky! I think its amazing at how these plants look like their ready to smoke from early on.

Lambs, nice work so far. Bubba likes to fool ya into picking it early but she really packs tha weight on in tha last couple weeks. Patience is key..... That said, she's lookin close from here; I'd start tha flush soon. You have access to Earth Juice Catalyst PH yer water and flush with that solution...... perfect taste, perfect burn, perfect crop.


BB, you are correct; tha menthol is from tha TT.
