lol are you serious bro? it has no growth tips no leaves .. only hope is it could sprout a new growth tip (unlikely) with the energy it has left from the original seed. The problem is that the plant only gains nutrients from the root system not energy (atleast how i understand it) so regardles of having some root without some leaves it has no energy. Sorry for your luck man .. gave me one hell of a laugh this morning .. my cats eaten a few sprouts

I had a cat bite a newly sprouted seed in half... I took the upper half and put in in rockwool like it was a clone. It re-rooted lol... Nothing like this though, you'd need the part the dog ate lol...

4) have a beer with you?
5) speak?
6) vote?
7) start the grill?
8) go for a drive?
9) order a pizza?
10) nap on the hammock?

Bad thing is any critters that have been getting a free ride on your dog may now have a few residents in your room. Does Fido go out a lot??? I check my plants then bring my dogs in at nite (they bark) to feed and what ever. Even fleas can reside in your room.
