I thought it looked like a 7-year-old picked out the color theme while having a seizure.
ICmag got beat with the ugly stick, LOL.
The design has mostly sucked since the pretty old logo was replaced with the yellow text one a year or 2 back though, imo.

this drives me nuts with the new look. At the top of the page, out of habit I always click the first one in line which used to be "forums" and is now "international cannagrahic magazine" Im sick of getting sent to the damn homepage
